Danny Chu (Chef of Enso Kitchen)

Chef Danny Chu travelled to Japan in 2005 to learn Shojin Ryori, an art of cooking originated from Zen Buddhist temples. Upon his return, Chef Danny Chu started Enso Kitchen, only available by reservations on every Sundays, operates out of GOTO Restaurant at Ann Siang Hill.

Pooja Vig (Nutritional Therapist)

Professionally trained as a microbiologist from UK and having worked in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years, Pooja started The Nutrition Clinic with the objective to offer health optimisation through nutrition. She is a strong advocate of personalized nutrition therapy based on the needs of each individual’s lifestyle and their genetics. Pooja is currently completing her Masters in Nutrition Therapy at Middlesex University in the UK.

Sheeba Majmudar (Certified Nutritionist)

Sheeba is attached to Integrated Medicine Clinic which is run by an environmental medicine doctor where she practices nutritional counseling. She also works as a freelance Nutritionist and gives talks and presentations to corporate employees all over Singapore, including Singapore General Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles, East shore Hospital, DSTA (Defense Science and Technology Agency), Republic Polytechnic, WINGS, SMU etc. She is the consulting nutritionist for Men’s Health Magazine (Singapore) for their Nutritionist’s column and contributes researched nutrition related articles regularly in the magazine.

Wong Kee Yew (Bachelor of Biotechnology, Hons; Author of “Simple Vegetarian”)

Kee Yew has been working in the Life Sciences research for nearly 9 years. He is now working at the Genome Institute of Singapore as a Senior Research Officer, specialising in stem cell research. Given his background, he has a keen interest in preventive medicine and health sciences. Being an active volunteer of the Vegetarian Society of Singapore & Kampung Senang Charity and Education Foundation, he is dedicated to organizing vegetarian social dinners, vegetarian exhibitions, health talks, organic educational bus tours, public education for various organizations including interviews and cooking demos.
